Leadership in uncertain times

The most important female leadership conference in Europe

Santander WomenNOW celebrated its most ambitious edition

This 16-17 June Santander WomenNOW will once again turn Madrid into the European Capital for Women and the international epicentre of the debate to reflect on leadership in uncertain times, its power to transform the future, and the need for women to take centre stage in this story.

The international meeting point for voices and extraordinary women

Demanding equality and visibility for women who are transforming reality and revolutionising science and business, politics, culture, and activism is not enough anymore. The challenge now is to reclaim leadership, because only from a position of power and influence can women play a leading role, design the future and inspire new generations.

Así fue Santander WomenNOW, el congreso sobre liderazgo femenino más relevante de Europa
